Competitively priced amazingly fast and quality work! The crew leader walked me through every step of the removal and installation, making sure I understand what they were doing when they were doing it and why they were doing it. When they left, my yard was spotless. Not a nail or a scrap of shingle, anywhere to be found. They sent a second crew out to inspect the work that had been done and to double check to make sure the property was cleaned. Highly recommended.

On Friday, we discovered a water leak emanating from the roof. We called Roof One late Friday afternoon. After speaking to the office, they dispatched a crew of 3 professional and polite technicians early Saturday morning and the problem was quickly resolved (an ice dam from the thawing snow). Roof One had installed a new roof for the previous owners and were ready and able to quickly respond to our issue. Based on our very positive experience, they are quoting additional work for us, including attic insulation.

We are very happy with our new roof. The crew was courteous and did an excellent job installing new shingles, flashing, and vents. Roof One hired another contractor to install gutters and gutter guards - unfortunately the workmanship was poor. HOWEVER, Roof One immediately sent their crew out to fix all issues with the gutter installation. This meant a lot to us, and speaks volumes about Roof One as a company. It is very clear to me that they stand behind their work and want their customers to be happy at the end of the day. I am in the property management business and work with contractors on a daily basis. I was completely satisfied with Roof One and would happily work with them again. Thank you!

Great company from start to finish for my new metal roof (highest quality over any competitors too!) Scott D. was my rep & he explained everything in detail. No high pressure sales either. Everyone in sales, installation, front office, and clean up was professional and polite. Highly recommend.
